properties are situated in the hamlet of West Pentire on
a headland with magnificent sea views stretching as far
as the Trevose lighthouse near Padstow. |

Within five
minutes walk from your accommodation you have two
beaches; the first one, is one of Cornwall's finest
surfing beach's, Crantock Bay, with it's Gannel estuary
and ferry crossing to their cafe for fresh crab lunches
and cream teas. The second beach is the beautiful,
local, hidden cove of Polly Joke, a must visit on your
holiday itenery. A little further along the coastal path
from "Polly", seals can be observed basking on the Chicks
rock.

This area of outstanding beauty has
everything to offer from hiking to biking, surfing
and beach games, fishing and golfing, or just maybe
a visit to the Bowgie Inn on your doorstep for good
food or to watch top sporting events.
The picturesque village of Crantock
lies one mile away with its post office and general
store, two Inns and a tea room, further afield by
five miles is the cosmopolitan town of Newquay,
renowned for its many attractions, including it's beaches
and fishing harbour.
Newquay is just 5 miles by road or 2 miles across
the beach - when the tide is out! |

and West Pentire is ideally placed for trips to such
places as the Eden Project, Newquay Zoo, the sea
life centre and many, many more attractions that
Cornwall has to offer, most within easy reach by
car.
West Pentire is perfectly placed in
for touring
the County, that is, if you can tear yourself away
from the charms of this beautiful place.
Numerous coastal and country walks over
grassy headlands and National Trust Land are on your

The hidden, quiet cove is known
