The apartment is set on a split level with only a couple of steps. The entry hall leads to a double bedroom with sea views, a twin bedded room, a further spacious double bedroom and the sumptuous lounge and diner with panoramic views overlooking a 15th century manor house and views of Goose rock in Crantock bay. The hall then leads you up the steps to the toilet and adjacent is the separate shower room with shower and w.c.

At the rear of the apartment is the breakfast room, furnished with a music system, where you could relax on the two seater settee and listen to music or read your holiday novel. The breakfast room opens into the well equipped kitchen with a rear door leading to a small enclosed area.

The apartment is entered by its large flagged area with brick built BBQ for disposable BBQ'S and patio furniture, with beautiful views of the Cornish coastline and the Gannel estuary. Across the hamlets green you will find the Bowgie Inn ideal for meals out or perhaps watching a favourite sporting event.

There is off road parking for two cars.
